Have You ever commited a sin and then after that..
It starts to rain really heavily.
Like a sin you promised not to do anymore, one you told yourself to stop doing, and maybe even promised God you would stop but then you do it..
And outside, a storm starts, with lightning and thunder, and wind so strong you have to make sure all the doors are closed so they dont slam shut.
Then you think to yourself, is God angry? Is this His way of showing his temper?
And obviously I was scared.
Coz maybe even God gets angry sometimes.

Outing at tropicana club was fun :D
Even though only 6 of us came. Lols
but it was still awesome :)

Took the "limo" to church and Dom, Jon picked me up to head to the club.
Hmm...
Someone tried to prank someone but it obviously didnt work
Noob :P

Reached the club and met up with Ai li, Alex and Angie.
We sesated for a while before heading to the bowling alley.
Me, Jon and Dom played
I would have won... but i lost xD that dont make sense but i dont care.
haha err then we sesated outside the bowling alley for a while

haha i still cant believe we did it alex
it was one of the stupidest things i've done xD
im sure not for u la but still, it was for me :D
im sure you all are wondering what im talking about
well alex and i.. erm.. sorta... tried to catch fishes in the pond xD
we were like walking around the ankle deep fountain/pond in the tropicana club trying to catch fish xD
haha we took a video but i dont have it
so i guess you guys will just have to imagine it :)

hmm then ai li had to go back

we went swimming after that
for like 10 minutes
coz alex didnt feel the shiok
oh that reminds me
i still owe you 8 bucks xD

then we walked to a park
yes we walked
oh. we stopped to play badminton on the road for a while
someone hit her own head and that same someone was hon-ed for playing on the road
im not gonna say who. no im not. not gonna say *angie* who.
then we walked to the park.

and... and... then.... then alex told us there was no park....
we all felt like killing him
but there was a playground so we messed around there xD

Dom's dad gave me and angie a ride home
so nice of him :D
was supposed to take my "limo" though but oh well.

Fellowship

SO.....
JYM had another Fellowship
And it was as usual....
AWESOME :D
We had ice breakers, praise and worship, Lots of food, a performing band (west and the westets xD) , AME (which was freaking scary for me =/ ...) And tons and tons of fun! =D
It was da bomb!

The fellowship was also a going away party for Joshua
Wow.
Cant believe he's leaving.
Joshua is like a main, important person in this ministry.
But Im sure things will be alright without him :)

whoa... so many ppl are gonna be leaving soon..

Christmas Party

Christmas Party was AWESOME!!!!!! =D
It was great to see everyone from the rally again
They were all so excited
haha. Everythin went great!

We startred with ice breakers
It went pretty well
haha everyone had an awesome time!
We played a game which required you to work as a team and use your hands to make shapes
Ben and I were in charge of one of the teams
haha we didnt win but it was still really fun :)
Owh and we played Limbo rock too xD
A lot Of them cheated, especially the parents xD
Haha but it was still awesome
I held the stick with Ben xD

Next was the A cappela ( i hope this is the right spelling xD)
It was so cool!
They made music with their mouths and sang too
It was awesome!
Then we had a talk by father phillip
Then there were refreshments

After that we had Praise and worship!
Led by Roger and Angeline
haha they did an awesome job! =D
Praise God! :)

Then there was the nativity
For those of you who dont know what that is, its the story of the birth of Jesus
For those of you who do know what that is, you have never seen it dont like how we did it xD
Haha it was a modern day version of the birth of Jesus :)
It was mostly acted out by the graduates, while the OT handled the logistics :D
It went incredibly well =D

After that there was the dance by the 09 Outreach team
now that was really stressing
We had a lot of problems with the dance before the party
Like a lot of last minute changes
And then there was the part where Ashviina hurt her leg
We managed to fix the changes and glithces but Ash's leg was the biggest problem
She is one stubborn girl man! =P
haha you know you are, Ash, so dont get upset when you see this
But God came through for us, right before the dance,
Ash's leg was miraculously healed!
Haha it was so cool! she could run and jump and dance!
Before that she couldnt even walk properly!
I guess God heard our prayers :)
haha so the dance went awesomely =D

Haha we ended the party with a crazy session of dancing with the Lord!
haha everyone went nuts! xD

The 2009 Christmas Party was da bomb!
It sorta felt like Family Night
Too bad not everyone in the team was there
But it was still AWESOME! :D

I am so gonna miss my team next year =(
We went through so much together
I cant even stand being away from them for 2 days!
Im missing them already
How in the world am i gonna survive next year?! =(

The SIC Youth Rally 2009 was the AWESOMEST, INCREDIBLEST, AMAZINGEST, OFF THE HOOKEST, BESTEST CAMP EVER!!!!
It was da bomb!!!!
The participants were awesome, we all bonded, and i met some really cool ppl =D

2nd 09 Team Outing

I thought long and hard before posting this because...
well because if the Graduates found out they would be pissed

haha so the 2nd team outing....

Left the house at 12 20 to wait for the bus
Stupid bus, took forever to come....
Lols well anyway
Reached there and met up with

Too bad the rest of the team couldnt make it
Owh!
Forgot to say that I saw Stephanie on the way in
Well that is sort of freaky
Feels like the grads are stalking us xD

Went bowling first!
haha it was fun
Michelle kept geting Zero xD
haha she complained saying it was her name because Ben put her name as Dumb on the score sheet xD

But after we changed it she still got zeros
haha Michael Ho came after a few minutes
He was limping coz he hurt his leg

Went to Sushi King coz the girls didnt want to eat at McD's
The ppl who actually ate sat at one table but Me, Ben, Mich, Dom T, and Dylan sat at another table
Haha all we did was drink Green Tea
And name the foods on the moving belt thing
Haha You can ask Ben for the names if u ever go there with him
Laugh until cannot breathe man!
Then we played with a bowl of sup which the next table gave to us
Haha we experimented with the "Vacuum phenomena"
haha the sup bowl had a lid and Ben said that if you turned it over it wont spill
And it didnt!
Well not until Ben knocked it over
haha he pretended to drink the sup when the waiter passed
lmao we wiped the Ben spilled sup with the serviettes
Haha You do not want to know what we did with serviettes after that ;)

Hmm went to the arcade after that!
Haha i was sort of broke so i didnt play much
Played House of the Dead with Angie
Haha we sucked! and died really fast xD
And we played Datona
I sort of lost most of the time but i had reasons!
Like the gear being spoilt. Lols

Played that dancing game with Ai Li, Michelle, Ben and Jon
We played One player
Haha we all took one square xD
But we still sort of sucked xD

Hmm we all went home after that
But not after saying a lot of Good byes

Haha Daph offered me a ride home so i left with her and Ben
The rest were like screaming Good Bye after and when we were entering the car
Everyone was like looking at them!

3rd Training Camp

Okay okay. I know I haven't been updating lately but i've been really busy la. So dont scold me xD and I know 3rd training camp was long time ago but ive been waiting for pictures which i eventually got but i sort of damaged them ( dont ask me how!) xD

Hmm... 3rd Training camp was AWESOME!!!!!

Okay erm i cant really remember everything but I'll try my best- est xD

Hmm......

First Day

I went to Ben's house before going to church because i didnt have transport

Haha Ben's brother seriously likes to annoy him a lot. I mean a lot, a lot

Haha but Ben is very patient with him. lols

Hmm Daphney's mum picked us up because Ben didnt have transport either haha

We were sort of late when we reached church but on the upside, most of the work was done xD

Hmm bus trip to our camp site KEM BINA SEMANGAT was fun xD

I was sort of scared when we reached there because we had to show everything to Jude

Okay i say sort of scared but i mean REALLY scared

But it turned out okay i guess xD

Had a few praise and worship sessions

Cant really remember what happened la xD

Before We left For Camp

No reason to put this up but jus couldnt resist xD

Second Day

Hmm what happened ar??

I think we did Ice breakers again

Cant remember la

Owh! We had this session with Jude

He told us to go find a place anywhere in the camp site

He gave us 15 minutes to pray and talk with God and then write down the areas in your life you want God to touch

Hmm after that, Marc brought us to this shalley (not sure if its spelt like this, lols)

it was air conditioned and was so nice!

We were all wondering what we were doing there

Marc said we were there because he heard that some of us were having constipation problems and he was gonna let us use their nice clean toilets! LMAOBut we eventually found out that we were the for Affirmation

We had to take turns affirming each other

It was such an amazing experience

But we had to stop halfway because we were out of time

hmm after that we had inner healing

Jude had invited some people over, who we were supposed to talk to about our problems

They counciled us, gave us advise and prayed for us

Jude assured us that everything we talked about would be held in the strictest confidence so we had nothing to worry about
Well I finally got the courage to go and speak to one of them

The moment I started talking about my problem, I started crying

Most of you reading this would think, Zachary cries?!

Well if you knew me well enough, you'd know that I do cry sometimes for the right reasons

God Bless that man, I wish I had asked his name

He helped me so much

Im sure he wont ever read this but

Thank You

After inner healing we had mass which was pretty cool since it was in a hall

Then we had supper!

On the way to supper, Laura told Lizzie, Ben, Ash, Michelle, Angie and I that we were doing the "lullaby"

At first i didnt know what they were talking about

Haha turns out it was Dancing With The Lord!

The 6 of us were on stage leading

It was the awesomest thing ever!

It was so much fun!

But it was damn tiring, and the stage was damn hot, and i lost my voice after that!

We only sang 6 songs! And we felt like we were gonna die!

Dancing with th Lord during Rally is 30 songs!

Madness!

I thought after that we could all go back and bath and sleep but they started singing more songs!

Third Day
Hmm we did Dramas
My Dramas went pretty well i guess

Jude gave a lot of helpfull feedback

Hmm owh there was this session by Jude

He asked us to go out again

We were supposed to pray and ask God to speak to us through his Word, The Bible

I was pretty scared as i was worried that He wasnt going to speak to me

But He did

I prayed really hard

Asked God to speak to me

I started flipping through pages of the Bible and stopped at this particullar page

I was going to read the whole page but I stopped at the verse

And i thanked Him for speaking to me

" Peace be with you. As the Father sent me, so I send you" - John 20 : 21

Some of you might think, so what? what so amazing about this?

Well it meant a lot to me

Cause lately I've been doubting my worthiness to be on the team

I thought I wasn't worthy enough to be reaching out to people and ministering to them

But this One Verse told me that I was chosen for a reason

Hmm after that we played some this awesome game!

which i cant tell you about because they are using it during the rally and that would spoil the suprise xD

But it was damn fun la

Fourth Day

Everyone was tired as hell!

so praise and worship didnt go to well

Hmm after that we continued the Affirmation

Marc also affirmed us

Which was really cool

He said Ben and I reminded him of himself and Michael Harman

Dont know if thats a good thing xD

haha after that it was time to go home

But the buss was late

So some of us played volley ball while the rest lepak-ed and shared stories

all in all

CAMP WAS AWESOME, INCREDIBLE, SUPERB, AMAZING!

Adventure of a Life Time

It all started on the 8th of May
Around a week or something before, i received a letter in Church
The 8th of May, according to the letter was the first day of our first training camp
I almost didn't go for it....
But I thank God I did
23 other ppl were chosen to go
In camp, we were told the purpose we were there
They told us the journey was gonna be incredible
They told us it was gonna be difficult, hard
They told us we were now a team
They told us that our lives were gonna change
They were right....

Through the entire year, we worked, bonded, had fun and laughed together
We were scolded, told to buck up
We were taught and instructed on how to fulfil our purpose properly
Our teachers, mentors, or as we call them, graduates, Aunty Pat and Uncle Richard, are amazing
They sacrificed so much time, money and energy to guide us in our journey
And on behalf of the team, Thank You

We became close
Very close
Practically family
We had fun together, laughed together
We faced problems together
We got stressed together
We cried together
We were there for each other
And we still are

Who are these people you ask?
They are the SIC Youth Rally Outreach Team 09!
They are the most awesome people ever
I love you guys!
Every single one of you!
You are the bestest!
=D

But the journey isn't over
We still have a lot to do
And we are gonna do it together as a team
I love you guys!
Don't any of you ever doubt that you deserve to be on this team
You guys made this year the most memorable, awesome, amazing, superb year of my life

And it was all thanks to Him
It was all because of Him

Stupid Ben xD

Yesterday....

Hmm.....
Took the bus to practice again today
When I was walking to church from the bus stop, i dont know why but i felt so happy
I was like singing "Everything Is Changed"
I guess it was that song because, this year, my life changed for the better
Owh... did i mention it was raining??
haha so i was like walking in the rain with an umbrella while singing xD
Even the guard at the church knew I felt happy
I guess it showed

Hmm... We practiced Ice breakers today
Went okay i guess
Before dinner, the closing team showed us their flow
It was a lot better than last time
Good job guys!

Oo Oo Oo!
We ate McDonalds today for dinner!
haha wonder why the graduates were suddenly nice enough to buy us McDonalds
thank you graduates! xD
Double Cheeseburger for the win man! xD

After dinner Ben and I went to the toilet
Then Ben made some lame joke about being so full he couldn't even bend over and tie his shoelaces and I left a bit then he started laughing and then i started laughing because he was laughing!
We ended up laughing till we couldn't breathe and until it hurt because we were full of McDonalds!
I keep laughing at everything he does eventhough it isn't really funny
I guess its the way he says it and acts
He is so lame la!
Haha and everyone expects me to not laugh when I'm acting with him!
Imagine acting with him and suddenly he does something lame which he wasnt suppose to do!
Wouldn't you start laughin?!
Okay maybe you won't but i definetely will
Then when i start laughing he starts laughing which makes us laugh more till we're on the ground coz we cant breathe!
This is what I go through at almost every practice

Well, I haven't blogged for quite a while so here is an update on my life.

This is the part where you start clapping and cheering

Dylan got the Youth Rally Outreach Team rings xD

Now we have our very own ring =D

well. i dont really know what else to write.lol.

hmm.... practice is getting more and more tiring.

The closing team are getting better.

They seem to be working really hard.

Opening Team is finished with our flow, Thank God!

Just need to polish up.

Camp is coming soon and then Jude will be able to see verything.

Hope he likes it.

Wednesday is Hari Kanak Kanak at S.k. Taman Megah.

The Reason

Yesterday....

Woke up at like 9 am. When to sleep at 2 am the day before. so sleepy....
actually woke up that early to do some work on the comp but my lifeless brother was already awake, using the comp.
So i lazed around the house and waited for dad to pick me up for practice.

When i reached church, it was around 2 o'clock. practice started at 3. 1 hour early.
so i decided to go into the prayer room and well... pray.
that was the first time i entered the prayer room with out being told by my grandmother or my mother. It felt weird but very nice at the same time. so i stayed there for around 20 minutes then i came out. I have a lot of things to pray about okay.

When i came out, Michael who just arrived, went in.
Then i found Michelle, Ash and Jeanne and we went to the mamak which is like the official eating place of the JYM. haha.
hmmm owh owh. we found a spider on the table. okay fine it wasnt on the table, it was on my hand and i put it on the table just to mess with the girls xD
michelle kept telling it to go away but it kept coming to her. haha.
but then jeanne said go to michelle and the spider turned and went to jeanne instead.
So through this observation, we came up with a hypothesis. lols. i think thats the first time i used that word except for in science. lmao.
well they came up with the conclusion that the spider only did the opposite they were telling it to do. and so they tested this conclusion and obviously did not work. lmao.
see the bunch of nutjobs i have for frens?? xD

so we went back after a while and then practice started after like 10 minutes.
The opening team planned out our logistics stuff and then tried the whole flow out with it.
worked out pretty well i guess.
And then after practicing so long the closing team came in and did their flow.
And they were awesome!!! okay maybe their flow a bit confusing and their still using scripts. but they seemed better than how the graduates rated them to us. and they were really funny and their scenes were really good.
The opening team was like omg they are better than us. sigh.

after dinner, marc sat us down and asked us about what we did today.
And dominic gan said that the closing team was better than us.
Then marc told us that we still didnt get it. that he failed in trying to make us understand.
We weren't doing this to be better then the rest. it wasn't for us to put on a good show.
The reason we were doing this was all for God. All for him. All for his glory and not ours.
It was all in his name.
I, personally, felt like an idiot. I had forgot the reason we were doing all of this.
sigh. after that we practiced some more.

Haha when we came back into the main room, after practice was over, the closing team had gone nuts!
they were all singing along to a song. so the opening team joined in xD

Show Me The Money

Yesterday...

School was same old same old.
Except for the fact that we were gambling xD

haha my class joined with 2T.
Vicknesh, Ashveenk, Tharvin and I started playing blackjack xD
haha. Tharvin lost a lot of money and i gained a lot.
But then Bridget and Vanesa came and everything changed.
I started losing money!!! T_T
Girls apparently are very lucky when it comes to gambling.
lols. But in the end i still profited.
Now Kar Chun owes me Rm5 and Tharvin owes me RM1.
Tee Hee! xD

Had to get up at like 8 in the morning to go for practice *yawn* was so sleepy.
haha but practice was awesome!
haha me, ben and michelle couldnt stop laughing! guess it was because we were so tired.
All ben's fault la. he kept making stupid jokes.
Haha. He kept saying michelle had H1N1+2 x square root of 49.
Lmao. damn lame la. but it was still damn funny haha xD
Owh and we were messing around with the closing teams caps xD

Then Michael Ho came and joined us. And we passed our H1N1 + 2 x square root of 49 to him xD

It was basicly like that the whole of practice. Non stop laughter :)

Owh and then the Opening team and the Closing team decided to have a dance battle.
Haha. whatever dance that we had was shown to each other xD

After we ate lunch, we attended Dylan's grandfather's funeral.

My respects to Dylan's grandfather, Christopher Chew.

The funeral was so sad. After the funeral, we all went back upstairs to practice.
Everyone was like so gloomy and no mood.
The funeral made me think of both my Grandfathers who passed away this year :( so sad la
Feel so sorry for Dylan.
Haiz. we all eventually got our energy and hyperness back after a while.
so we continued practising.
I was doing my Mc script with Ash. and the rest were doing other stuff. lols
well we almost managed to get it done but then Stephennie called me coz they wanted to practice a song for closing night which i was suppose to sing with Anne.
Do you know how well Anne can sing??!!! Her voice is amazing!!!
I was like so intimidated! lmao
Ash and I never really managed to finish our script. lols. but im sure we can do it la xD

After practice, some stayed back for registration duty.
Went to the mamak with Dominic and bungkused a milo ais xD then went back to church
Then when we got there Michelle, Ash and Odelia decided to go to the mamak. lols
so i followed them with my milo ais that i bungkused from there 5 minutes ago xD Mike Baldwin followed too
haha i bet the mamak dude was like wondering why i came back
so we sat down and talked about random stuff xD

went to visit Mama after Dad picked me up.
She can move more now and she can smile and nod her head and stuff.
But she looks so sad. Sigh.
Hope she gets better soon

Yes, this is a blog. And yes! its is Zachary's blog! so congratulations on reading my first post! woo! wee! *clap hands*

Okay okay. I know i've told some people that blogging is gay (matthew, newton, gabriel.....mostly matthew xD) and i said i would never do it. but.
